Celebrating our five-year anniversary - and a new partnership

We have announced a new partnership that will improve the chances of more people across the region trying to have a baby.

The partnership with Ipswich Hospital will mean that patients in and around Ipswich no longer have to travel to Cambridge for all of their appointments.

Dr Alka Prakash, lead consultant here at Cambridge IVF, who spoke at the launch event, said: “We're delighted that Ipswich Hospital has chosen to work with us to provide greater access to NHS fertility expertise and support in the east of England. So many couples struggle to conceive and getting the right support and treatment is so important to overcoming this and starting a family.

We have a strong track record of helping couples grow their families and we look forward to working with Ipswich to reach out to even more people who are finding it difficult to conceive naturally."

Alex Cavanagh, commercial development manager, said: “We're really excited to launch this partnership as we celebrate our five-year anniversary. We are seeing an ever-increasing number of people struggling to conceive and it's great that we'll now be able to help even more of them."
